We've given new life to this historical schoolhouse located at the heart of the Rockdale Arts District. We aim to fill this space into a creative community of arts-based businesses.

Our private studios range in size from roughly 300 sqft to 800 sqft. Large windows in every studio provide ample natural light. Each unit is fully securable for the tenant and offers individual HVAC. The building offers on-site parking, conveniently appointed bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a supportive artist community being built in Rockdale.
